Artists toolkit
this website named Artist toolkit was so interesting and fun. I explored a lot of things. For example, I learned a type of lines and shapes. Then I created a picture with symmetrical and asymmetrical balanced shapes. I tried to make a key hole, which is in the door.
Artist 2: Girl with a Pearl Earing
I watched the movie named "The Girl with a Pearl Earring" by Tracy Chevalier. In this movie a girl named Griet is living with her family in the Dutch. Her father went blind through an accident at work and therefore he isn't able to work any more. For this reason Griet is forced to take up work as a maid for the famous painter Vermeer and his family.
After while Vermeer discovers her artistic talent when she was preparing vegetables. Also her task was to clean Vermeer's studio without moving anything. A lady named Catharina is Vermeer's wife is so jealous to Griet because her husband pays Griet all his attention. Catherina was already dislike Griet when she saw her first time. However, Griet became Vermeer's personal assistant eventually. He taught her how to properly mix the colors and he also appreciates a lot of her suggestions for the improvement of his paintings. Then Vermeer's one of rich client , which is Van Ruijven ordered him ti paint Griet's picture, but her wife should not known about anything about this. That is why they started to paint secretly.Vermeer was not happy with the picture since something seems to be missing. After a while he realises that these are the unique pearl earrings of his wife, and he insists that Griet should wear them, that was looks awesome to her. Finally his wife became aware about this picture and she got very mad and kick Griet out the house. 10 years later Griet married with one guy and has two children. While she knows that Vermeer has died recently.

Reflection of the boat trip
It was super
exited for me, because it’s my first time to taking a boat trip in my life.
That is why I thought what a great choice it was. Also the guide was
excellent!! She was extremely knowledgeable, interesting and entertaining. We
learnt so much about how modern Chicago evolved into the beautiful city it is
today. The information was put across in such an interesting and fun way, that
it was not monotonous or in the least boring. The weather was beautiful, the
boat had a bar and toilet facilities and was clean and comfortable. The boat
wasn't so crowded so I could move around to take advantage of the photo
opportunities. Here are some photos that I took.
This was my
first activity in Chicago and it was a great way to learn about the history and
architecture of this beautiful city.

Color
Color is the element of art that is produced when light, striking on object, is reflected back to the eyes.
For me, my favorite color is the blue. Because I would like to stare blue sky or ocean. It makes me feel like I am in heaven. I could feel peaceful, freedom, or endless something. Also in my country which is Mongolia we believes that we are highly connected to the blue sky and we adores that sky color of blue.
So, I didn't feel much about this color shift cause I am color blinded. I can not compare that much colors because usually they all looks same for me, but one thing that i like from this brochure is Threshold. I felt like I am in the computer system. It was giving the illusion that the gallery walls must contain a secret portal, perhaps to another world.

Architectural experience
For me Chicago is one of my most favorite cities in the world because of the skyscrapers. When I am came in Chicago very first time I visited to the John Hancock Center. I mesmerized by the view from the top of building. It was beautiful to see around the city and Lake Michigan.

The view from the observation deck is not as high as the Sears Tower, but is more interesting because it is nestled in the cluster of buildings downtown. It is designed by engineer Fazlur Kahn and architect Bruce Graham from Skidmore, Owings and Merrrill, was completed in 1970. It is located on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, near Water Tower Place
The Hancock Observatory the restaurant and the bar, besides the stores, are the main tourist attraction in Chicago, if you come to Chicago and don’t go there is like never been in!!!! The view is fantastic, even at the restroom that why is world-renown skyline.

By my own photography.
I took this photo by my phone when I walking down the Michigan street near by Art Institute. The old man were drawing a sculpture named Cloud Gate which is nicknamed Bean. So I like this photo because I think I captured a great moment that shadows and sun glare from the buildings are reflected very nice. Unless my shadow on it. I would like to named this photo" Reflection".
Hello Mother.
The painting named "Hello Mommy" By Amaglan is the one of my favorite and Mongolian most known picture. He was one of Mongolian one of most influential person for Mongolian painting art. I like this painting because of the main idea. When I saw this picture first time it looks so simple by used just pencil, black and white, but only thing that I so interested is the t-shirt that baby wearing had a red collar on it.That moment I was just so thoughtful about what does it mean that red collar and I was asking by myself "what he trying to say?".
In the picture has two character baby and lady. They're his daughter and wife. He drew this picture because he trying to capture the moment that his daughter running to her mom, when she got a water from the river and coming back to home. Also this painting combines Mongolian culture and environment.
